Jumanne Gomera holds Ph.D in Economics, MA in Development Policy and Bachelor in Social Science. He is a Lecturer of Advanced Research Method, Labour Economics, Labour Market Dynamics, Public fund Management, Quantitative Research Methods, Principle of Economics, and Project Development and Management at the Institute of Social Work, Kijitonyama Campus Dar es Salaam. Jumanne has been participating in various assignment related to policy evaluation, impact study, baseline study and project evaluation as well as design and implementing monitoring and evaluation. Jumanne was involved in the conducting evaluation of 2007 Youth Development Policy, 1996 National Investment Promotion Policy, 2003 SME Development Policy. He conducted baseline evaluation of Our Rights, Our Lives, Our Future (O3 Plus) project under UNESCO initiatives targeting university students to ensure that young people in higher and tertiary education institutions (HTEIs) in Tanzania.
